Created by Ultron in Avengers: Age of Ultron, but brought to life by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, Vision is made up of Stark's A.I. Vibranium, and the Mind Stone. The A.I. making up his personality, the Vibranium making up his body, and the Mind Stone that gives him life. Since then, Vision's existence is imperative to the team, and a fan favourite in WandaVision.
